USER AGREEMENT
I agree to the terms of the privacy policy and procedures related to the transfer of funds, and also authorize the use of my personal data on legal terms.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", I agree to the processing of my personal data in order to ensure the implementation of charitable, public, civil and other relations. I also agree that the Non-Governmental Organization "International Association "People's Advocate" has the right to provide access to and transfer my personal data to third parties without any additional notifications, as well as without notifications of actions with personal data, without changing the purpose of their processing, in addition to verifying the information provided during the payment or for statistical analysis. By third parties I mean: financial institutions, mobile and postal operators, other individuals and/or legal entities.
In case of non-implementation of the project or if there are any balances, I agree that the amount of the donation is non-refundable (charity).
I also give my agreement to the redistribution/use of the contribution in other projects (for example, if the fundraising is closed or not relevant).
