Lawyer, compliance officer, PhD in Public Administration, one of the 12 consultants of the Council of Europe elected in Ukraine, deals with the transparency of democratic processes in Ukraine. Expert in electoral process, administrative, constitutional, commercial law and bankruptcy, protection of human rights, including persons with disabilities, inclusive rights, gender equality. Svitlana Kustova has experience in conducting international projects and FIDIC contracts, in protection of human rights at the European Court of Human Rights.
